John Tate

John Tate started in the industry over forty years ago. He is a self-taught craftsman to whom perfection still matters. He believes in working by the motto of “measure twice, cut once”. His experience in the industry consists of building houses from the ground up, remodeling, custom cabinetry, wood milling & trim work. He has developed long-lasting relationships with customers over his career - some of which have lasted over twenty years. Always relying on his work ethic and positive referrals has kept him employed for the last twenty-five years. Customers are always satisfied with his work and continue to give him their business.

Michael Tate

Michael Tate graduated from Texas Tech University in 2000 with a business degree in marketing. He decided to follow in his fathers footsteps, learning the business from the ground up. He and his father decided to partner up and form J&M General Contractors LLC in 2004. Since then, Michael has built new relationships with customers and has open the doors to new opportunities for the company.
